Avalon Gala

So, a friend was kind enough to capture our photo for us this year. The evening was great - perhaps a little too long for someone as pregnant as myself ;). Big thank you to Matt's sister and brother-in-law for watching our crew overnight so that I could attend the gala with Matt and have one last big evening out before the baby comes!

Tinkle

Nothing like hearing your 2-year-old sneak out of bed at night to take a tinkle. Can't quite punish her for that.

Lucky #5

There's a berenstain bears book the kids like called too much birthday. As I listen to frank wailing up stairs I think that has happened at the bronzi house. Happy birthday, Peter. We love you and hope this was a special day for you to always remember!

Nature Center

There is a nature center that opened up about a year ago that is not far from our house. We took the kids there this weekend and they had a blast, so did Matt and I, which is always a nice bonus when doing something kid friendly.

The weather was wonderful and the paths and playground provided ample entertainment.

I was trying to get a picture of the snake's tongue out - success! We even got to see a 5 foot ratsnake shed its skin and got to hold the skin after it was done.

This turtle was pretty interested in us. It kept its head out of the pond when you would come over.

Here she is, proud as can be, ready to go have her 1st sleep over! I hope she does spectacularly!
