Danger!

So, I found an easier recipe online yesterday here for a king cake and whipped it up last night lickity split. It is not as involved a recipe as the one I made a few years ago because 1. I used my bread machine on the dough setting and 2. The filling did not have to cook on the stove top, as it is a streusal I made in the food processor.

The bad news is it is really good and we have already managed to blow thru 1 of the 2 cakes I made by 8 a.m. I've included a pic of frank's plate after he had his 3rd piece.

Ok, so I'm just catching up on your blog here. I need your king cake recipe asap! Also, your kids just keep getting cuter and cuter! How are you feeling? Oh and one more thing, if your house is the back drop of Agnes' pic before her sleepover, it is looking really good! Wow, you guys have done a lot!
